Terms & Conditions
By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are non-negotiable and must be adhered to by all families:
Students must attend a grade for a minimum of four terms to be eligible for a ballet exam.
Students from Grade 1+ must attend more than one class per week (e.g. Syllabus/Grade Work plus Conditioning & Stretching or Classical Non-Syllabus) to be considered for an RAD exam or Class Award.
Students from Primary to Grade 2 must attend exam coaching for at least one full term to be considered for an exam or Class Award.
Students from Grade 3+ must complete two full terms of exam coaching to be considered for an exam or Class Award.
Pupils may not attend classes at other ballet schools unless referred by EPAD (e.g. Royal Ballet School Associates).
All term fees must be paid in full before the term begins, by the date on the invoice. Fees are payable in full regardless of attendance. Missed classes are non-refundable but may be made up where possible upon arrangement.
Late payment without prior notice will incur a £20 admin fee.
If you cannot pay fees by the due date, you must notify EPAD before this date and in writing to arrange an alternative plan.
Students are automatically re-enrolled from term to term and academic year to academic year, unless five weeks’ written notice is given via email before the end of the previous term. Without this notice, the following term’s fees remain fully payable.
We cannot refund fees for cancellations beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, teacher illness). Make-up classes may be arranged at EPAD’s discretion.
A strict cancellation policy applies for private tuition: 48 hours for in-person sessions and 24 hours for online sessions. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
All students must attend class in the correct uniform as specified by EPAD, with hair neatly secured in a ponytail or bun.
